Dr. Richard A. Shinto is the CEO and president of InnovaCare Health and currently sits on the Board of Directors. InnovaCare Health is a provider of Medicare Advantage plans and physician practice services. Shinto has 20 plus years of experience in healthcare management, as he has worked for several companies in executive positions in this field including Aveta Inc, NAMM California, and Medpartners.
Dr. Shitno is the writer of several articles on medical care and clinical treatments, He received his Bachelors Degree from the University of California at Irvine, his medical degree from the state of University of NY at Stony Brook, and an M.B.A. from the University of Redlands.
Dr. Shinto has been the winner of numerous awards for his outstanding work in his field such as the Access to Caring Award, an award given to a person who has been innovative in finding ways to making healthcare available to the less fortunate.

Kokkinides was one of those 4. Serving in several executive positions prior to coming to InnovaCare, she is well qualifed to fill the position she was assigned.Penelope is currently is the Chief Administrative officer at InnovaCare. Prior to InnovaCare, Penelope Kokkinides worked for Aveta Inc. as the Cheif Operating Officer and Vice President of Clinical Operations. Her experience in the health care field surpasses 20 years making her seasoned veteran in her profession.
